"'kasdfja;kdsjf ' (nice name) - it could be the sneaky one in Cappodcia, at the bookshop. The bookshop icon overlays the data fragment icon, hiding it on the map. Either that or try turning off everything on your map except the fragments, at 99 the 100th one will be showing."
