"This was very helpful, cheers! I missed a couple of things in my first playthrough, so I followed this when I decided to replay the game recently on 1999 mode.
I absolutely love the layout of this guide, the checkboxes are awesome. I wish more game collectibles guides were setup like this."

"It might be good to note that it is possible to miss the last painting if you do not do the side-quest for granny rags in mission 2. I was trying to get this achievement along with ghost, and clean hands, so I skipped her side quest objectives so now I cannot get that last painting."

"Been looking around for what the current rate is. Appears to be 8x now according to a couple recent forum posts. Current rate on the site seems to be still 4x. Horde XP per wave would be 400, 600, 800, 1000 (Casual to Insane respectively). Interesting side note, could be Epic are permanently increasing XP rate depending on how many years GoW2 been out, 2x per year, would side with the permanent 2x in 2009, and now 4 years out, it's 8x. Hopefully this November it will reach 10x! :) Just a theory."
