"I am glad to say that the game is not bugged like ACI was. I found the feather. It was underneath a ledge. I spent a long time searching online, and could't find any documented feather glitch problems. So, I figure there isn't one. My advice is to go back and check the videos of each feather. "

"The DNa tracker showed me the one feather i need in Venice and when I went to the location it isn't there, the same goes for the other towns. I need the last 28 feathers. Could it be a glitch?"

"One of the locations for chests is a bit off. In the upper right, you have a pair of chests right below a glitch. The lower of those 2 chests should be a bit lower, on the other side of the L-shaped building. This image was helpful.
