Onboard the Dreadful Wale, go up to the deck where Meagan Foster is. Pickpocket her, like all good friends do. Now with her key go to the locked room with the two bonecharms on the desk. Unlock the door and go in. On the desk is a journal and audiograph. Read it for the achievement / trophy. Listen to the Audiograph to finish Royal Spymaster.

While in the Dunwall streets, go back to the Galvani building that you robbed in Mission 2. Rob it again!
Gazebo Achievement / Trophy
Now go up to the Dunwall Tower. Before entering the tower, go back along to the Gazebo. There is a memorial plaque. Use it to pay tribute to Jessamine one last time and unlock the achievement.

The final painting. Now go up to the Dunwall Tower. Before entering the tower, go back along to the Gazebo. Drop down to the area behind/below this and the painting is on the edge of the wall, quite easy to spot out in the open.
