You will need to keep a low profile (stealth) to find the musical duos for the Songs of Serkonos achievement.
Eureka Achievement / Trophy - The Jindosh Lock
After talking to Morgan exit that building. There is a statue in a courtyard. Straight ahead is a grand building with brown wooden beams. Inside is the Jindosh Lock. Next to it is the riddle that you'll need to read to solve it.
The riddle is a rather confusing logic grid type puzzle. If you use solve this it will allow you to skip Mission 6 and go to Mission 7.
The riddle changes each playthough. There is a way to cheat this achievement / trophy.
Cheat the Jindosh Lock
Make a save file at the Jindosh Lock, then go help one of the two factions. They will give you the solution to the currently saved riddle, go the the lock and it will appear on screen. Make a note of this. Go to the next mission. Save at the next mission, but then reload your save from the Jindosh Lock.
Your saved Riddle should be the same, and you know the solution without having to ask for it...

The second of the three musical duos can be found now. Go along to where Paolo is in the Crone's Hand Saloon. You must keep a low profile or you will scare them off.
Third duo is in Mission 8.

If you've already killed Paolo in Mission 4 (The Clockwork Mansion) you get to kill him twice more now. Go past the Jindosh Lock and head towards the Crone's Hand Saloon. Find him and kill him. He will then respawn on the top floor. Kill him again and you will unlock this achievement.
You can now side with the Overseers for the Faithful to the Abbey achievement / trophy.

In the Overseer's Outpost. Go up to the floor above the Vice Overseer, and climb out the window. Climb on along to the right and into the broken window. The painting is in the dilapidated offices there.
