How to get the HALPS Prototype
The Complex: Morning/Noon/Afternoon
Acquire the HALPS Prototype and disintegrate a Visionary.
Head to the Green Lab Annex near Wenjie's lab. There is a new machine with the HALPS Prototype inside. A couple of sensor lasers are next to it.
You need to pull the levers to turn the laser on, which flows into and through the sensors. Lure the laser onto the glass of the machine to break it. You may die during this process!
You now have the powerful HALPS weapon. Recharge it with a battery.
To get the achievement / trophy you need to kill a Visionary with it. Anyone will do.
