Search the Rumbler named Mark Meltzer in the Live Test Facility.

From where you have a vision about being connected to little sister, straight, then right, it will be next to a vent

Drop down into the cells, in a block of ice - you must go behind the cell via broken cell and melt the ice on the door

Shoot the door panel to unlock the door, in that room

At the end of the level, just before you use the elevator, on the floor near table with big daddy helmet

Fontaine Futuristics - After the locked security room becomes accessible - in there

Fontaine Futuristics - After you turn on the lights, it will be in the bottom of the holding cells area. You have to hack the door from the broken window.
