As you get to the train, in the room on the left
Behind the fan in the Runoff Maintenance Tunnel - must use Telekinesis to obtain. (Right after you fall through the floor into the water.)
As you come across three enemies around a burning trash can, turn left - it is on a desk
Next to a mattress in the area with the three splicers around the burning trash can
In the room round the back of the kitchen
On a desk around where the splicer put a pipe in the gears
After going up the elevator - go towards the door, take a left - it's inside a filing cabinet
Near the train in middle of area, on a bench
